Check if you have warranty left on the unit. If so you are only responsible for shipping charges. Contact Motu in any event and tell them about the problem. My experience with them is they are pretty quick to turn things around. With shipping maybe just over 2 weeks. If you must have quicker be sure to tell them and use FedEx. If they use FedEx back to you, YOU will pay those shipping charges as well. They can likely give you flat rates for repairs up front. If not, be sure to ask for an estimate before they proceed and be sure to give them a number they can call you at and get hold of you anytime i.e. a cell phone that is yours.
