Please help me! I’ve got to deploy 20+ workstations in a very limited office space – approximately 2200 sqft. Applications range from Adobe Premier Pro to Autodesk Maya and Flame. Additional workstations to deploy for 4-5 admin and executive staff. Supported hardware configurations will range from Core 2 Quad 2.4Ghz 2GB RAM, NVIDIA 9800GT (dual monitors per) and single 250GB SATA to Dual Quad Core Xeons with 16GB RAM, NVIDIA Quadro FX 1700 x 2 (for quad monitor config) and RAID 1. NAS, file server, dbase servers in 19” rack of approximately 300 sqft data room. Noise, heat, and physical space are the obvious issues. Does anyone out there have similar problems? How did you solve them?
