Hello,
I think itīs not developed anymore, although it was REALLY beautiful.
But today, you can do anything with Director, what was possible with mTropolis. OK, itīs VERY ugly, but all the object-oriented things are possible as well and - Director is fast.
I switched to Director, after mTropolis died...sad but it works that way.
If youīd like to program the director in the way mTropolis was programmed (same Idea but uglier), take a look at the books of Martin Kloss, he shows how to do it object-oriented.
Today, I can program neally every object-oriented design-pattern I need with Director.
Donīt get me wrong, I really loved mTropolis.
