New Server

As of May 18, 2009, we're running on a much faster new server - page load times should be significantly improved as a result.

It seems you were comparing apples and oranges as the command keys and plugins are configured by using the Edit Menu Layout and the Edit Keyboard Shortcuts commands located under the
Layout/Interface Menu.

Once setup you then save the settings to an appropriately titled file. You can save out any number of these as you need for differing work flow environments.
