When exporting you'll have to place a FileOut-node at the bottom of your tree. You find the node "Image" next to the FileIn-node.
In the FileOut-node you choose fileformat, codecs etc.
After that you go to the Render menu, up, and choose Render FileOut Nodes... Make sure you have the FileOut-node selected and type what frames you want to render... Press Render - Done
